A high court judge Madhya Pradesh on Wednesday attracted a senior IAS officer because it stated that the candidate who lost in the Panchayat election as the winner and stated that the officer “had to be deleted” because he was not suitable to hold the position. “He acts as a political agent. He is not suitable to be a collector, must be removed as a collector,” said Judge Vivek Agrawal.
The court made a statement when hearing the petition against the declaration of the wrong winner in the poll of the deputy chairman last month at Gunnor Janpad Panchayat. When he heard this problem, Judge Vivek Agrawal fell a lot in Panna District Collector Sanjay Mishra and said that the officer “had no principle for the principle of natural justice” and thus must be expelled from the position of district collector.
Gunnor Strong 25-Member Janpad Panchayat held an election for the position of chairman and deputy chairman on July 27. In the Deputy Chairperson of the Deputy Chairperson, the candidate supported by the Parmanand Sharma Congress defeated the closest rival Ramshiromani Mishra (supported by the ruling BJP) by securing 13 of 25 votes. The election chairman then issued an election certificate to the winning candidate, Parmanand Sharma on the same day. But on the same day, an election petition was proposed by a candidate who was lost Ramshiromani Mishra before the Panna District collector challenged the results of the poll.
The winner of Parmanand Sharma accused the District Collector Sanjay Mishra, without giving the opportunity to hear to him through the ex parte command, canceling the results of the poll. He then called for a new election the following day through the lottery system and then stated that the candidate who lost Ramshiromani Mishra as the winner.
