BJP candidate Tsering Lhamu become on Friday declared elected the MLA of Lumla constituency in Arunachal Pradesh`s Tawang district with out a contest. Tsering Lhamu, the spouse of former MLA Jambey Tashi, become the best candidate who filed her nomination for the by-election to the seat.
