Harnaaz Sandhu replied to people who said that she won Miss Universe 2021 only because she has a‘ suitable face’. She added that there was a lot of trouble that went into it. The Chandigarh- grounded model- actor was culminated Miss Universe 2021 before this month. She brought the crown home after 21 times. In 2000, Lara Dutta had won the title.
Speaking withMid-Day, Harnaaz said, “ There are a lot of people who say (I) won because (I) have a suitable face. But I know the quantum of trouble that went behind it. Rather of indulging in argument, I ’d rather work hard to make them realise (my worth). This is the conception that I want to break. This ( palm) is a lot like an Olympic ( palm). When we appreciate a sports-person who represents the country, why ca n’t we ( appreciate) beauty pageant winners? Still, mindsets are changing, and I’m happy to be breaking conceptions formerly Harnaaz has also expressed her want to pursue acting and‘ break conception’in the film assiduity as well. “ I do n’t want to be a normal actress. I want to be one of those who are veritably influential, and who break conceptions by choosing strong characters, being wise, and inspirational,” she added.
The model- actor has formerly starred in a couple of flicks and made her small screen debut. Harnaaz has featured in the Punjabi film Yaara Diyan Poo Baran. She also has Bai Ji Kuttange in the channel. She has also inked two further systems, produced by The Kapil Sharma Show star Upasana Singh Harnaaz has also expressed her want of working in a Priyanka Chopra biopic. Speaking with Bollywood Hungama, Harnaaz said, “ I would love to love to be part of that. I suppose she has inspired me throughout her trip and she’ll keep on inspiring millions of us.”
