Central government employees may get an increase in the fitment factor. According to media reports, the government tends to announce an increase in conformity factors for employees, which in turn will increase their salaries If the government decides to climb the fitment factor, it will increase the minimum wage of government employees. This employee has been, long, demanding an increase in the factor of fitment from 2.57 times to 3.68 times.

Increasing in basic salaries means all benefits, including dear allowances, will rise. DA has increased twice a year – in January and July. However, the government has not announced this year’s increase in DA. After the increase in July 2021, the employee reached 31 percent of their basic payments under the 7th payment commission. However, there is no official statement about Fakment Factor Previously, the government had increased holiness benefits to 31 percent of the basic payment of 28 percent with the effect of July 1, 2021. The decision was profitable nearly 47.14 employees of the Lakh Central Government and 68.62 lakh retirees, according to the Ministry of Finance.
